Team Vision
An inspiring and shared Team Vision can energize your team, align priorities, elevate morale, and become a strategic competitive advantage. Team Vision sessions occur virtually or in person and range from two hours to one day. Key elements of a Team Vision session include identifying the team’s reason for being, who they serve, what their customers need, and how their customers are likely to change in the future. Visuals and creative brainstorming techniques are used to capture the essence of the story in one succinct statement. From there, teams identify important actions to align their team strategy and goals to the Vision.
