About the Team

Leah Toney, Ph.D.

Leah ignites creativity, innovation, and transformation in corporate executives, startups, and academics. She has catalyzed the growth of hundreds of leaders across a wide variety of industries and coached over 60 teams of entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs. Using immersive learning techniques in the areas of Futures Thinking, Lean Startup, Storytelling, Design Thinking, and Leadership, she builds capability in leaders to communicate with vision and empower innovation in their teams. Results of Leah’s work have included new businesses, joint ventures and products launched, operational improvements implemented, and innovative culture fostered. Currently, she serves as a mentor to tech startups at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s incubator in Daytona Beach, FL. Prior to launching her own practice, Leah led consulting teams within Cox Enterprises, PDI/Korn Ferry (a consulting firm), Shell Oil Company, and The Texas Medical Center. In these roles she held P&L responsibility, led global teams, defined sales processes, managed multi-million-dollar accounts and provided executive coaching. She holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology and a Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology. Notably, Leah practices what she teaches through her own personal growth. Ed Rieker

Ed is a life-long entrepreneur, investor, inventor and community builder.

Founder or co-founder of four healthcare software companies. Successful exits for three, two were acquired by public companies, one by investors and the fourth is still running.

Owner and developer of Tudor Square, a community-oriented, quality, dining, shopping and entertainment venue, supporting small independent business owners in downtown Avondale Estates, GA (Sold to investors in 2021)
CEO of the Avondale Innovation District™, located in downtown Avondale Estates, a place-based urban development designed specifically to support entrepreneurs and creative professionals, foster open innovation, attract and accelerate new business ventures

Reamonn Soto

Reamonn is a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran and Founder, CEO of Sensatek Propulsion Technology, Inc. Sensatek is a venture capital backed company that is positioned to be a market leader in asset health monitoring of harsh environments. Recently named Entrepreneur of the Year by University of Central Florida’s Business Incubator, Reamonn holds a Bachelors in Physics from Florida A & M University and a Masters of Science in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He received hands-on training in scientific research in the field of astrophysics and condensed matter physics at the Center for Plasma Science and Technology and U.S. Department of Energy’s Brookhaven National Laboratory.

Prior to founding Sensatek, he was the owner of Gruntz Automotive Repair, LLC specializing in Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, and BMW high end vehicles for used car dealers in Northwest Florida. Subsequently, he served as a Certified Business Analyst and Economic Development Finance Professional with the Florida SBDC, where he assisted over 200 clients in creating 68 new businesses, that raised over $9.6 million in capital, and generated more than $79 million in sales and government contracts. Furthermore, he served as a business consultant with the Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship at Florida State University, having instructed over 120 CEO’s during the Small Business Executive Program (SBEP) on business model development. Reamonn serves on the Advisory Board of Stetson University’s Disruptive Innovation Certificate Program.
